This notice has been prepared in accordance with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and the related communiqué, and covers the processing of personal data of visitors of the nviano.com website (the "Site"). In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version of this notice prevails.

2. Personal Data Processed
The Site is an informational corporate website that does not require registration. Only the following limited categories of personal data may be processed through the Site:
- Transaction security data: technical records such as IP address, browser and device information, and access date and time. These records are kept automatically by the Site's hosting infrastructure for security and service continuity purposes.
- Contact data: if you contact us by e-mail, your name, e-mail address and the content of your message.
The Site does not collect data for membership, forms, marketing or analytics purposes.
3. Purposes and Legal Grounds
- Providing the Site, ensuring its security and preventing misuse — KVKK Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest of the data controller).
- Receiving and responding to your contact requests — KVKK Art. 5/2-e and 5/2-f.
- Fulfilling obligations arising from applicable legislation — KVKK Art. 5/2-ç (legal obligation).
4. Transfer of Personal Data
The Site is hosted on the infrastructure of Cloudflare, Inc. (USA); therefore, technical records generated during your visit (including your IP address) may be processed on servers located abroad. Fonts used on the Site are loaded from the Google Fonts service, during which your IP address is transmitted to servers of Google LLC (USA). When you contact us by e-mail, the e-mail infrastructure provider may also have technical access to your data.
These transfers take place within the framework of KVKK Art. 9 and are limited to the minimum extent necessary to provide the service. Beyond this, your personal data is not shared with third parties; it may only be disclosed upon lawful requests of competent public authorities.
5. Cookies
The Site does not use cookies for marketing, advertising or analytics purposes. The hosting provider may use strictly necessary technical cookies for security and performance; these cookies are not intended to identify you.
6. Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for the period required by the processing purpose and the minimum retention periods stipulated by applicable legislation, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
7. Your Rights under KVKK
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to apply to the data controller to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed,
- Request information if it has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom it is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad,
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- Request deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in Art. 7,
- Request that corrections, deletions and destructions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
- Object to a result arising against you from analysis carried out exclusively by automated systems,
- Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
You may submit your requests to info@nviano.com in accordance with the applicable communiqué on applications to the data controller. Your application will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If your application is rejected or the response is found insufficient, you retain the right to lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
8. Changes
The Company may update this notice in line with changes in legislation or in its data processing activities. The current version is always published on this page; the version number and effective date are stated at the top of the text.
